Job Responsibilities:
- Regional Manager is responsible to drive Region Sales and P&L
- Outstanding Execution of Sales & Operational Strategies consistently across the Region.
- Manage the business effectively by using EBMS tool.
- Assessing Departmental Results and Developing Specific Actions Directly related to Business Development and Growth Consistently across the Region.
- Responsible for Personnel Development and Team Management with determination to achieve set targets of the region with in specified timelines.
- Candidate is responsible to develop Focus Tradelines which can yield more revenues to the Region.
Desired Candidate's Profile:
- A proven track record in driving Strong Performance of Sales & Operational activities.
- Candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Freight Forwarding products such as Sea/Air Import and Exports, Project Cargo, ODC, Ro-Ro, Break Bulk/Commodities, Warehouse etc
- Candidate should be well verse and abreast with the latest Industry Trends which are influencing the areas of Marketing, Sales, Customer Service and Operational activities.
- Outstanding leadership skills, inspiring interpersonal effectiveness to lead the Team
- Willing and able to be a - doer- and - influencer-
Essential Skill Requirement:
- Should have minimum 8 experience from Freight Forwarding Industry
- Ability to sense opportunities for selling various Freight Forwarding services
- Team Leader and Result Oriented
- Fluent in English and local language
- Presentable, Good Communication Skills, Good Analytical Skills
