Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Manage end-to-end customer relationship all through their language localization journey.
- Person would need to make business critical decisions like identifying the right set of decision makes within the customer organization.
- Design & offer the optimum technology solution basis the customer needs while meeting profitability targets and follow through for timely delivery and services for the offered solutions.
- Passion to solve for customers, productivity & growth mind-set, and an intellectually curious mind with a desire to 'dig-in' to fundamentally understand customer issues and solve problems would be preferred attributes.
- The person is also expected to bring in strong work ethics and a passion to grow under all kind of constraints.
Key Skills Required: -
- Experience in driving technology partnerships with enterprises for long term service contracts
- Prior experience in selling software or SaaS solutions or projects to BFSI, E-Commerce, Ed-tech, Media & Entertainment verticals would be preferred.
- Experience in selling Software Solutions / SaaS offerings / Technology solutions to Enterprises in India.
- Understanding of Cloud and On-Premises deployment of technology solutions and infrastructure requirement
