As we move towards growing Etsy's presence across buyers, sellers, and the community at large, we are looking for a Regional Manager to lead our expansion efforts in South India. A great candidate will have excellent communication skills, an analytical mind, and phenomenal project management abilities to coordinate the efforts of multiple internal teams like Seller Growth, PR and Marketing. This role is based in Chennai, India About the Role: - Develop the regional growth strategy and identify opportunities to expand Etsy's footprint in South India - Recruit and lead a team of Business Development executives who will focus on onboarding creators and localized inventory onto the platform. - Coordinate with stakeholders in PR and Marketing to ensure delivery of various program goals - Supervise PR associates to manage the regional PR outreach to ensure impactful visibility for the brand. About You: - You have 2+ years of experience in Consulting, Strategy & Operations, Business Development, or Project management. - You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills - You are a natural leader with exceptional organizational and team management skills - You are fluent in English and Tamil. - You are skilled at MS office, CRM management and work well with large datasets
