This role is part of the Distributor Management accounting for South Region Reporting to Director - Finance Main Objective : To drive the overall growth of the region and the various distributors by providing value-added inputs, the right information at the right time and identifying blockers to success. To provide strategic, tactical and procedural inputs and advice to the sales team and distributors to grow business. Roles and responsibilities : - Provide strategic guidance to the sales team and the distributors. - Drive the strategy and the various drivers behind the business. Review the acceptance and implementation in the field. - Analyse performance, understand trends and identify concern areas proactively. Advise the business about these areas. - Look at the future and drive the business of the region and the distributors accordingly. - Audit, Analyse and identify blockers hampering business and pro-actively advise a business. - Ensure distributors have strong administrative support to manage current and future business - Responsible for the financial and commercial planning of the region - Ensure the success of new distributors and encourage them for partnering in the new business model - Provide necessary pre and post-launch support to retail store - Review the performance of the retail store - Understand and drive the back end operations of e-tail business - Support the DB and sales team for B2B deals
