Job title: Regional Manager
Job Responsibilities -
We are looking to onboard a sales expert with experience of handling Banks and NBFCs in their current role.
Eligible Criteria:
- Strong track record in business development
- 4-7 years of sales experience
- Ability to engage with clients as a trusted solution provider
- Entrepreneurial, ambitious, ability to hit the ground running and navigate a variety of different stakeholders
Functional Responsibility / Domain Related -
- Responsible for revenue expansion of large clients, primarily Banks and NBFC across existing and new products and solutions
- Build and execute effective strategies and sales plan for increasing wallet share of clients
- Build strong connect with senior level contacts in Banks and NBFCs and leverage such relationships for business expansion
- Keeping a track on regulatory changes resulting in business opportunities and emerging market needs
- Provide market feedback for new product development and product enhancement
- Demonstration of offerings to senior stakeholders in the market
Process Adherence -
- Strong MIS and market intelligence on key stakeholders at client's place, client needs, competition Contract negotiation, contract closing
- Manage sales receivables
- Ensure a strong pipeline and consistent revenue generation in line with business targets
- Preparing & sharing MIS required by the business at the frequencies defined
- Maintenance & regular updation of contacts, client/product feedback & meeting reports
- Competition tracking and giving feeds on the same to business
Client Management / Stakeholder Management:
- Key account management through regular meetings with contacts across the hierarchy and across departments
- Constant upgradation of product knowledge for effectively communicating the value proposition
