Role: Regional Manager - Tamilnadu & Rajasthan
Responsibilities:
- Manage Branches across the Tamilnadu region including Sales, Operations, Underwriting, Customer service & Collections
- Drive Business Development for the entire geography with the team of Branch managers, Relationship Managers
- Drive collections and ensuring deliverable exceed benchmarks
- Ensure persistent efforts for collections and effective customer service
- Create & build a culture of quality lending backed by thorough due diligence, underwriting and strong collections
- Groom, mentor & manage a team of Branch managers, Operations managers, Relationship Managers & Service Managers
- A self starter, should be able to drive the brand presence across the region
- Should be able to strengthen & smoothen the processes & operations across the region
- Market intelligence and mapping to identify potential growth areas for lead generation, running campaigns, co-marketing events
- Developing new relationships and partnerships for distribution channels for maximum loan growth
- Nurture existing channel relationships and optimize our share of business
- Sales promotions and product launches to build market presence and push
Candidate Profile:
- An MBA in Marketing with 7 - 10 yrs of experience across Sales, Operations & Collections
- Good awareness and understanding of the region
- Strong understanding of Retails asset / Home Loan product
- Excellent people skills & exceptional communication skills
- Fluent in English, & Hindi
