Position: Regional Manager - Business Development Location: HYDERABAD (Corporate Office) Responsibilities: - Lead the business development vertical in the assigned region. - Increase organizational awareness through sales/BD initiatives. - Do regular fieldwork to understand and develop field plan. - Travel to all the locations in the assigned region. - Create awareness about the hospital services. - Maintain relationships and engage with Doctors, patients. - Provide patient progress updates to the Doctors. - Work out annual, quarterly monthly work plan, strategies for the department and team. - Plan and execute initiatives like workshops, CMEs, patient educational camps etc. - Market analytics, insights and provide reports as required by senior management. - Target setting, budgeting and resources management. - Training and mentoring of the team. - Apply contemporary business principles integral to a medical organization. - Monthly weekly report MIS &amp; report submission.
