Job Title: Regional - Business Development Manager Location: Chennai/ Mumbai/ Delhi Company : Leading FMCG Conglomerate Team : 3 Direct Reportees About client : Our client is 100+ yrs old leading Consumer Goods company, total turnover of around US$1.0 billion, majorly into food products Job Role: - Co-own the distribution agenda in the region, along with the Regional Sales Manager, both in quantity & quality. - BDM is first person responsible for New Categories business - scaling up of this business is very crucial to total company strategy. - Driving growths through successful execution of GTM in Region. Coordinate with Sales Development Team on setting up of distribution & volume ambition for new launches, set execution standards for Team & periodically review ASM & SOM on progress. - Drive all Trade marketing, GTM and brand specific initiatives - Responsible for competitive intelligence and liasioning with the state heads, RSM, SDM & Brand resources for suitable & timely action. Desired candidate profile: - Must be a full time MBA from a premier B school, with 5-10 yrs of experience. - Looking for only FMCG candidates - Having experience in team handling - Having experience in either trade marketing or channel sales- general trade business - Having experience in interacting field sales team from front line to top level.
