Regional Business Development Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Looking forward to hire for Regional Account Manager

Reports to : Head of Sales, part of the leadership core team

Function: Sales/ IT services Sales

Key Responsibilities :

- This is a leadership sales role. A person will be responsible for a National role Finance domain-Mumbai and IT services for Bangalore

- Develop sales strategy for Pan India

- Manage the sales team and drive business goals of the Org

- Achievement of sales targets for the given enterprise clients

- New business development: Acquire strategic, high-value clients spread across multiple industry verticals.

- Retention of existing business

- Drive CXO level engagement and build an effective client relationship

- Grow business from existing clients by cross-selling multiple products/logistics solutions

- Maintain quality of business (yield)

Our Best Fit:

- Aspiring to be a Leader

- 12+yrs of Finance domain and IT services with the large network

- Experience in starting a new company would be plus

- Must have forward thinking attitude with Entrepreneurial mindset & who wants to make a strong impact and bring in the difference

- Courageous decision maker, with minimal dependency and without fear of failure

- Experience with managing clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

- MBA Graduates from top-ranked institution would be preferred

- Any large IT companies experience would be the advantage
