Our clients are a Leading Electronic Security & Surveillance organization having a state-of-the-art manufacturing setup and excellent connections in the corporate & Government sectors.

Our clients are looking for an accomplished Sales Manager to be based in Delhi and take ownership of setting up the office, team, and sales operations for North India.

Ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Job Profile :

1. Build the office and team in NCR.

2. Achieve sales targets through existing and new clients with a team

3. Identify new applications for existing products

3. Work closely with in-house Technical & Manufacturing Teams for technical support for existing offerings and the introduction of new products

4. Coordinate with other functions including SCM, logistics, After-Sales service

Candidate Profile :

1. Graduates / Engineers / MBAs with 12- 22 years of B2B / institutional sales management experience in security / telecom / industrial electronic products

2. Strong commercial, negotiation & contract management experience

3. Stong team management experience

4. Preferably experience in setting up and heading sales offices
