KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This is a leadership opportunity with end to end responsibility of PnL of the region.
- Responsible for business development (institutional and retail) in the region - new business development and well as growing business from existing clients. Building and nurturing client relationships
- Lead the execution of expansion projects in the region
- Efficiently manage operations, ensuring cost control and optimization, utilization metrics.
- Operational excellence improvement and achievement of Operational KPIs
- Build, train, manage team's performance
- Increase tech penetration and partner in tech development / integration for customers
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Profiles with experience in handling PnL / sales/ operations profiles
- Hands on experience of implementing systems and processes
- Experience in improving business and operational KPIs
- Ability to build, manage, train and coach a large ops team
- Excellent people management and leadership skills
- Hustler with go-getter attitude
