The position is responsible for leading the Banking and Alternate sales function for key business metro with multiple branches.
- Responsible for prospecting, selling & managing business leaders in large national and multinational organizations in assigned region.
Primary Objective
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a large team and driving the business
- Meeting and managing the key decision makers/leaders of all the private and PSU banks and ensure that high level of push from them to their team to achieve our business numbers
- Responsible for achieving the sales target for both the segments for the zone
- Supervise and drive the sales team who are responsible for managing the various branches of Private Banks and PSU banks branches
- Review the sales business on a daily and weekly basis and identify the areas to work on and make team align with them to achieve the targets
- Identify the strength and areas of improvement for each and every team member and accordingly help them in improving those skills through various training programs
- Monitor the administrative and other regional activities in line with the defined organization rules and ensure the compliance of the same
