Regional Manager -  East - B2C (Dealers & Distributors)

Looking for Regional Sales Manager - East for a leading manufacturing company!

Location - Kolkata

Experience - 12+yrs of experience in B2C segment of any Auto Spare parts/Auto Ancillary, Paints, Tyres, Automobile Lubricant companies.

Qualification - BE & MBA

Desired Profile : 

- Current working with Auto Spare parts/Auto Ancillary, Paints, Tyres, Automobile Lubricant companies.

- Should have experience in handling dealers & distributors in B2C segment in east India.

- Currently handling a Business Value of minimum 150cr/annum

KRA's : 

- To look after overall business in the assigned region

- Direct, organise, monitor and control Area Managers, Sales Executives, Sales Trainees & MSRs to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet sales targets and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.

- Monitor and control the budget for the Region to ensure that all financial targets are met.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular forecasts and strategy to enable effective forward planning

- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
