Regional Manager - B2C Inside Sales - BFSI/Education/Real Estate/Telecom (8-18 yrs)
Looking for a Regional manager who will manage managers/Teem leads who will manage 50+ B2C Domestic Inside sales team.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the sale of a business' products or services in a specified region or geographical area and ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution, and management of a supportive team
- Propose Region wise sales plans, budget and targets in alignment with business objectives
- Manage Region and individual performances
- Report on Region-wise sales results
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits
- Handle the end to end sales process starting from Lead distribution to managing the sales associates. This should be done in a seamless manner with a quality process.
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
- Analyze the Region's market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Taking ownership to address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions
Requirements :
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, or similar senior sales role - Preferably same domain or educational sales, people management experience.
- Should have experience in working with a B2C business model (Mandatory)
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.
- Fluency with CRM software
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Willingness to travel as needed
