Regional Manager - ATM Operations (10-14 yrs)

1. Ensuring the Timely Delivery of ATMs and other Hardware in his/her area of operations

2. Assuring the Installations of ATMs as per the Installation Schedules

3. IC (Installation certificate) Collections and Forwarding to the H.O as per the H.O Directive

4. Maintaining Delivery Data, Warranty Data and Warranty expiry Calculations

5. AMC Forecasting, Billing and Collection

6. Forecasting Engineers requirement, Recruitment Assistance to HO and Staff management

7. Staff Training and managing the staff quality measures

8. Call assigning, Escalation Management, Service Quality Management

9. Response Time, Resolution Time and TAT (Turn around time) Management as per the Company Norms

10. Maintaining the above call Data

11. Forecasting Spare Part requirements and Spare Management

12. Inter-department Coordination and ensuring timely projects implementation

13. Timely Staff Voucher clearance, approvals and reimbursement - Staff Welfare

14. Customer relations and Customer Management

15. Sales Payment Collection Forecasting, Submitting Bills and Collections as per H.O Directive

16. Cost control measures and keeping the support functions costs to the minimum

17. Staff welfare, Time and Attendance, Leaves and Absence, Office Discipline and Decorum

18. Upgrade Sales and Consumable Business

1. Response time and resolution time for the downcall should be as per the agreed SLA.

2. Installation of the product should be completed within predefine time after the delivery of the product.

3. IC and other supporting document should reach to Helpdesk within predefine time.

4. Preventive maintenance should be done once in three months for each machine.

5. AMC and consumables billing submissions and collection.

6. Spare management should be proper.

7. Maintain the database of the Area.

8. Maintain the call data for the Area and analysis of the same.

9. Call analysis for repeat call.

10. Machine should not have more than one call for month.

11. Timely submission of Vouchers for his area.

12. Spare, consumables and upgrade business.
