- Responsible to manage a team of Area Sales Managers to look after Agency Managers and get General Insurance business done through them.
- Ensure recruitment of agents as per IRDA guidelines on Licensing of Individual Agents.
- Ensure proper training of Agents on Company's product, policies, sales process, acceptance and rejection criteria and claims servicing/settlement guidelines.
- Ensure constant updates on Insurance product offerings and Underwriting changes to Sales Team & agents.
- Ensure Lower dormancy ratio of active vs. total agents.
