Owing to their exponential growth in India and abroad, they are looking for Regional Manager who will have a very pivotal role to expand the business in South India by achieving the sales & revenue targets
Description
Reporting directly into the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Creating the annual sales forecasts by estimating total sales of self and the region assigned
- Meeting/Coordinating/Guiding the Assistant Managers to plan and implement objectives of achieving sales
- Hiring and monitoring the performance of the Assistant Managers, holding daily/weekly sales meetings and conducting sales training
- Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained
Profile
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the sales function, in the luxury sector
- High level of influencing skills and result oriented individual with great integrity
- Pleasant client service-oriented attitude
- People/Relationship Management skills
