Our Client is a leading entertainment firm with massive presence across the globe and are looking to enter other global markets as well in line with their strong expansion plans. Owing to their exponential growth in India and abroad, they are looking for Regional Manager who will have a very pivotal role to expand the business in South India by achieving the sales & revenue targets

Description

Reporting directly into the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for:

- Creating the annual sales forecasts by estimating total sales of self and the region assigned

- Meeting/Coordinating/Guiding the Assistant Managers to plan and implement objectives of achieving sales

- Hiring and monitoring the performance of the Assistant Managers, holding daily/weekly sales meetings and conducting sales training

- Attending to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained

Profile

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the sales function, in the luxury sector


- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- High level of influencing skills and result oriented individual with great integrity


- Pleasant client service-oriented attitude


- People/Relationship Management skills
