Job Title: Regional Legal Manager

Band/ Grade: As per fitment

Reporting To : Legal Head

Department: Legal

Locations hiring for: Bangalore (responsible for West and South Region)

Responsibilities for the job

Key Responsibilities:-

- Handling Legal cases filed for recovery of dues from delinquent customers of SME/LAP and MME before various courts/tribunals

- Formulating a Legal strategy for legal cases to be filed against delinquent customers.

- Attending Court with regard to important legal cases

- Rendering legal advice to business units with regard to their legal queries

- Maintenance of data and timely reporting of legal case handled by the person

- Liaising with Authorities for speedy resolution of cases.

- Co-ordination with lawyers on a regular basis

Other Responsibilities (If Any) :- Good drafting skills

Eligibility Criteria for the Job

Education : LLB

Age : 35

Work Experience: 10 years plus out of which major part should be in Finance Service sector

Primary Skill :

- Active, Smart and handing Legal knowledge and related work experience

Technical Skills :

- Proficient knowledge of Finance related law

Management Skills :

- Should be able to handle team of 4-5 people

Soft Skills:

Good drafting and arguing skills
