Regional Learning & Development Lead - BFS/BPO (15-20 yrs)
Role - Regional L&D Head
CTC - 70- 80 LPA
Location - Bangalore
We are looking for an L&D thought leader with 18+ years of experience in guiding large organisations (15k +) transform their talent development strategies and helping them build leaders for the future.
Incumbent should have led several L&D mandates in leadership development, learning strategy, talent management, facilitation, coaching and employee communications.
Experience in digital curriculum design and capability development for large digital learning engagements and business transformation projects is a must.
International exposure is mandatory.
Candidates from tech companies are preferred
Education - MBA or equivalent
