Regional IT Infrastructure Leader (Manager/Sr. Manager)

Position Title : Regional IT Infrastructure Leader
Location : Mumbai, Noida, Chennai, Bangalore

Primary Focus of the role :
- Given the continued expansion of the company, a new Regional IT Infrastructure Management Organization is being put into place. This role will focus on driving continuous improvement of User Experience & IT Continuity in the APAC region, working closely with the regional businesses and Company IT management to deliver IT Services.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the Delivery Performance of the APAC region and its reporting
- Directly manage all the regional teams
- Directly manage Regional Service Partners
- Ensure compliance with service commitments and Group Policies & Standards
- Ensure performance of infrastructure alignment to business needs
- Monitor & measure operational performance for all domains (job scheduling, incident management, performance monitoring, capacity planning. )
- Analyze dashboards and propose improvement solutions
- Raise/report any incident, request, change and problem management activities, with Group Infrastructure leadership/Country IT directors/businesses
- Manage preventive and corrective actions up to the verification of their effectiveness
- Manage and enforce the IT repository - technical standards, tools, procedures & standards
- Provide advice and technical expertise for the use of IT resources
- Regular reporting of activities through the publication of performance indicators & reports
- Coordination with IT managers from different countries to collect their needs; evaluate &propose evolutions
- Budget preparation and expense follow up

Qualifications, Experience and Role Specific Knowledge/ Skills :
- Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree in Information Technology/Information Systems
- Relevant work experience of 8-10 years in IT, specifically in IT Infrastructure
- Excellent Leadership and Communication skills, Executive presence
- Ability to work across countries and manage diverse teams
