Regional Lead - Compensation & Benefits - Consumer Durable/Pharma/Telecom/Retail (10-15 yrs)

The job holder will be responsible for compensation design and manage competitive practices that strengthen the organization's ability to attract and retain talent

- Manage, communicate, and implementation of the annual pay review programs open enrollment process and theannual total compensation review.

- Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations related to compensation and benefits programs.

- Partners with leadership to strategize on how best to leverage total rewards programs to meet organizational objectives, optimize our ability to attract and retain top talent.

- Provides leadership in the design, development, implementation, administration, and communication of our Compensation programs including Annual Incentive plans, short term & Long-term bonus plans, etc.

- Serves as a subject matter expert on total rewards practices and resolves escalated total rewards issues in a timely manner.

- Fulfills total rewards compliance and reporting requirements.

- Partner with business to establish short-, medium- and long-term compensation priorities.

- Understand top talent, key roles and strategic workforce plan to influence compensation strategy and planning with respect to base pay, incentives and equity.

- Develop recommendations for band, level, title etc. to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

- Direct annual market survey and recommendations regarding changes in salary plans; oversee all activity related to published compensation surveys throughout the year and audit survey output, market trends and competitive pay positions to ensure company salary plans meet overall company goals and objectives
