Job Role : Regional Investment Counselor - Banking

Min. Experience - 2 Years (Investment Counselor/Advisor is must )

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Need to manage a region (12-15 Branches) for the Investment business.

- Prime focus on activating the branches on investment fee and ensuring that all the staff is aligned to a common goal.

- Design various campaigns to drive the branches in order to get more Investment business for the region.

- Create buzz & environment for Investments business in the channels through activities & mind share initiatives.

- Accompanying RM team on business meetings & ensuring closure of sale.

- Ensure compliance for qualitative parameters - AMFI certification, Training, Sales process etc.

- Give feedback for product-development.
