Regional Institutional Manager - Consumer Durable (7-12 yrs)
We have a very urgent position in one of Major Consumer Durable organization in India across the following location
LOCATION : Chennai / Hyderabad
CTC : Negotiable, depending upon current ctc.
POSITION : Regional Institutional Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Business Ownership & Strategy development : End-to-end ownership and definition of business goals, direction and operational road-map
- Establish Distribution & Marketing Alliances : Persistent liasoning and adherence to targets to achieve marketing and distribution deals with key industrial brands.
- Product & Brand Development : introducing procedure of undertaking customer feedbacks, industrial trials & testing, vendor screening & sourcing, import licensing, branding, promotion and sales
- Set-up Sales & Distribution Channel : Enhance product penetration, achieve seamless supply mechanism, develop incentive schemes and anticipate changes in requirements through active engagement with dealers and end-customers.
- Team Building : Ensure the team size and aggregate skill set is streamlined with the overall business goals entailing tasks such as recruitment, motivation, and training.
- Build an efficient & effective operational environment : Establish a strong back-end and operational mechanism encompassing finance, inventory, technology and logistics.
- Business Ownership & Strategy development : End-to-end ownership and definition of business goals, direction and operational road-map
- To identify the hot spot markets for the B2B, i.e. based on Potentiality, Competition and risk.
- To identify the focused segments with in the hot spot markets and allocate the Manpower for those locations.
- Keeping a close view of market changes and strategies adopted by peer in B2B and keeping the Product Team update.
- Recruitment, placement, Training and monitoring of RMs.
- Maintain day-to-day contact with RMs /Vendors & B2B Team, CO and ensuring smooth flow of information between them.
Key Deliverable :
- Achievement of ABP and ensuring that the targets defined are achieved through Network Channel management which have bearing on Market Share in Town/State/Region through Customer segmentation(Rural, Urban) as well as product segmentation (mass products, premium products)
- Coordinating with various Cross Functional Teams (CFTs) to ensure implementation of all organizational objectives
- Shouldered the accountability of handling team management activities entailing training and development, coaching & tracking the performance
- Regular Review of Channel performance -in house as well as through various agencies - JD Power, mystery surveys to access the customer experience at the dealership, preparation and execution of action plans to enhance the customer experience
Experience : 7-12 years
Industry Preferable : FMCG/Consumer Durables/Gifting Companies
