Qualification : MBA (Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3)
Experience : 5 to 10 Yrs
Job Details :
- Provide / generate various MIS reports and maintain database for the region.
- Retention of employees in critical areas and focus on reducing attrition.
- Solve various issues / grievance handling for the region.
- Propose and take initiatives for improvement of employee productivity in line with the requirement of the region.
- Actively get involved in employee end-to-end recruitment solution for all levels in the region.
- Drive corporate initiatives and support for its implementation in the region.
- Employee engagement activities.
- Oversee functions like Attendance, Leave management and provide salary inputs to corporate HR, co-ordinate for appointment letters, confirmations etc.
- Highlight critical employee relates issues / IR matters to corporate and resolve the same amicably.
