Regional Human Resource Head - Retail/FMCG/eCommerce/Logistics Firm (10-14 yrs)

Designation: Regional HR Head (10 Years - Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, Logistics)

Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the complete Karnataka state

- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements for new / existing Depts.

- Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas, conducting selection interviews and induction programs

- Supervising core HR Generalist profile including Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Training & Development, statutory compliance's & MIS.

- Preparing annual manpower budgeting in line with sales plan and P & L projection

- Creating structure and functions including benefits, compensation, compliance, staffing and employee relations; ensuring various learning plans and people development initiatives; working in HR Module, Time and Attendance System

- Planning and implementing various people development initiatives

- Managing the HR Operations of E-commerce Formats.

- Implementing the Balance Score Card, Performance Management, Performance Improvement Plan across region

- Planning and implementing various retention strategies from time to time include R&R and EE activities in the store

- Managing the New Store Opening - MPP as per time line and SOP guidelines

- Handling and ensure all statutory Compliance's with respect various labour laws

- Conducting HR audit to check hygiene factors are in place

- Achieving productivity parameters, staff cost % on sale

- Managing the internal audit / SOP audit scores & 100% BVF clearance for new hires

- Analyzing operational reports; carrying out discussions with unit and department heads to understand Training Needs and organizing induction training for new recruits

- Obtaining trainees- feedback for determining the effectiveness of training programs & carrying out modifications if necessary

- Will be partnering with executive management team to resolve performance issues and providing guidance and interpretation of company policy and employment law

- Assisting in redesigning / formulating processes in HR Dept. as per quality standards

- Intervention in the IR related issues as and when need arise.

Requirements:

- MBA in HR mandatory

- 10 Years and above experience in FMCG, Retail, E-commerce or Logistics

- Excellent Communication written and oral.
