Opportunity to manage a niche workforce independently, reporting directly into the business

Our client is a global leader in the FMCG space, exhibiting high growth both in India and international markets

Description

- Manage the entire employee life cycle of a niche workforce

- Have completely accountability of the region from an HR perspective

- Work heavily on employee engagement and manage the transition of the business internally

- Manage key projects on development/assessment centres

- Manage the entire gamut of HR in an individual contributor role with a direct reporting to the Business Head

- Take complete accountability of the region from a HR standpoint

Profile

- Should come with 8-11 years of experience in the HR domain

- MUST have an experience in managing a sales workforce, with exposure to designing sales incentives

- Should have worked on development/assessment centres, along with an understanding of the talent management portfolio

- Should come with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to single handily manage the workforce

- Should be open to travel (3-4 days a month)
