Regional HR Manager - Retail Brand (5-9 yrs)
We are urgently looking out for the candidates for Regional HR Manager - Leading Retail Brand - Mumbai.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Post Implementation :
Manage end-to-end of the Employee Life Cycle - On boarding, Hiring, Leave, Movement & Transfer, Promotion, Exit etc. - joining requirements, background verification etc
Documentation - Managing issuance of various letters viz. offer & appointment letters, transfer letters etc.
Drive process improvements to enhance the operational efficiency. Understand and effectively utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures. Investigate discrepancies, finding and implementing solutions.
Payroll and compliance :
Ensure smooth processing, ensuring accuracy, meeting timeliness in Payroll Management.
Ensure providing monthly timely payroll inputs to payroll partner.
Manage HR provisions & budgets for compensation, benefits, variable incentives payouts.
Provide timely inputs for actuarial valuations for Gratuity & Leaves.
Getting work done through multiple vendors (Payroll / Compliance processes ) with complete ownership and accountability.
Respond to queries from team, internal customers, including high level leadership teams.
Compensation and Benefits :
Provide inputs for annual performance evaluation discussion to the management.
Ensure timely preparation annual year performance merit increment, promotion letters.
Managing Employee benefits plans - Group Insurance Management (Mediclaim, Personal Accident, GTL)
HR MIS :
Compliance by conducting checks & audits on various key HR backend processes and procedures.
Publish HR Dashboards representing HR performance on key imperatives e.g., Attrition Trends, Incentives etc.
Front face Audits - both Internal and Statutory/ Payroll Audits.
Ensure the HR Process audit recommendations are implemented as per plan.
