Regional HR Manager - NBFC (6-12 yrs)
Salary offered: 8 - 25 LPA
- Ensure compliance to all HR polices and statutory regulations
- Recruitment - ensure region operates with manpower in line with budget; manage job posting, screening, interview scheduling, liaise with Head office to roll out offer.
- Onboarding - Responsible for onboarding new members including joining formalities and HR induction
- Communicate and implement corporate HR initiatives / activities at regional level - employee engagement, training, performance appraisal, welfare etc.
- Implement programs on retention of critical talent and churning of non-performing resources
- Provide advice to management to ensure company compliance with all central, state and local laws related to employee benefits, compensation, employment and training
- Monitor and Ensure basic hygiene is maintained in all Regional and Area offices as per the defined standards
