- To effectively co-ordinate with managers zonal Head HR with regard to the manpower on day today basis.
- Ensuring that manpower cost does not exceed the budgeted manpower cost.
- To strengthen the existing multi-skill concept so as to ensure availability of trained manpower at all times.
- To ensure smooth functioning of all the plants without any labour unrest.
- Constant liaison with Employees, workers & locals to ensure that healthy work conditions are prevailing in all Offices plants in region.
- Anticipate labour moves and to recommend necessary actions.
- To ensure and create harmonious & peaceful Industrial Relations climate in all the plants.
- To help the contractors in settling wage related issues & annual temp staff increments.
