Regional HR Manager - BFSI (1-3 yrs)

Managing around 120+ branches and over 1200+ employee base across Punjab, Himachal, Chandigarh.

Key Areas of focus are:

1. Talent Acquisition- Complete responsibility of hiring and ensuring adequate staffing as per the budgets.

- Responsible for Developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain the best available talent across levels to meet business requirements

- Identifying critical bench strength and maintaining the talent pipeline for all critical positions.

- Devising various strategies to attract and retain manpower

- Manpower planning and vendor development

- Employer branding programs/ Campus hiring

- Liaison with various search firms/consultants to identify the right source

- Managing internal recruitment /job postings and internal moves as a part of talent management

2. Employee Engagement-Devising and implementing strategies/interventions for ensuring high levels of employee engagement .Involved in various interventions like Mentoring workshops, branch visits, employee one-o –one, Town Halls, customized sessions, Voice of employee etc

3. Talent Management- Responsible for facilitating the PMS process for employees. Responsible for their development and career planning in the organization

4. Employee Relations- Involved in handling employee grievances and providing solutions to specific problems.

- Responsible for devising various communication strategies and forums to strengthen the exiting communication channel

- Closely working with the legal team to sort out various issues

- Responsible for smooth HR operations and Compliance of processes
