Regional HR Lead - Chennai

An extremely large and highly respected Indian Multinational Corporation operating in the Consumer Durable Sector has entrusted us with the selection of a Regional HR professional for the South Zone.

- The ideal candidate should be a seasoned HR generalist with at least 3 years experience, preferably with an MNC.

- The incumbent would be responsible for handling all sales employees of the 5 States of South Zone having total strength of 100 + employees. This involves partnering with National Sales HR Manager at the Corporate and the Regional Manager of the Zone, in order to implement the various programs in an effective & efficient manner to aid the businesses in achieving their goals.

Some of the major activities will include :

- Devise long term & short term HR plan in sync with overall Commercial HR plan for the Region.

- Support in managing operational HR issues with the Leadership Team.

- Advise Regional Managers on Team dynamics/performance.

- Plan & execute Talent Acquisition based on business need.

- Drive Employee Engagement survey & Action Planning.

- Push L&D Agenda in the region for capability development towards business growth & market leadership.

- Facilitate and initiate Career Planning, Succession Planning, and Rotation of High Performing Talent in the Regions /across country to develop strong Leadership Pool.
