- Manpower planning and budgeting for the Company and sharing it with India and Regional Management.
- Competency based high volume recruitment within predefined turnaround time on a continuous basis.
- Strategic hiring of senior management Advising /supporting local Leadership Team on various HR & OD interventions
- Leading PMS process to ensure desired organizational performance for sustained growth within timelines
- Setting up the KRAs for the HR team and monitoring them on a regular basis, ensuring continuous improvement
- Devising a Compensation strategy and overseeing its implementation
- Building Learning & development strategy and organizing planned training.
- Driving Employee engagement/Fun at Work programme for ensuring inclusive work culture.
- Building a cherishing work environment through effective reward & recognition program
- Managing employee communication, & driving HR productivity initiatives
- Design and implement HR policies and SOPs as per the organization's need.
