Regional HR Business Partner - NBFC - West (3-9 yrs)
We are hiring for Regional HR West role with a leading NBFC based out of Mumbai. The Job Description is as follows:
- Responsible for HR practices in the Business & ensure high level of employee engagement.
- Drive Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Employee life cycle & statutory Compliances of all project locations.
- Plan & deliver effective process & outcome in the areas of Manpower Resource Planning. Manpower Budgeting & Manpower Cost.
- Administer the Performance Management System to drive Performance, behaviour & productivity of the employee
HR business partner (HRBP) will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units
