- Proactively use productivity reports to identify associate's growth & bring these to management attention and ensure appropriate actions are taken to address issues early

Talent Management and Resourcing

- Develop resourcing strategies to support the business and new business

- Identification of talent, key positions & succession plans at all levels

Work with managers to identify future people requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

- Design and deliver reward strategy in line with business needs and in conjunction with C&B

Learning and Development

- Identify Learning & Development needs across the designated client group and propose appropriate solutions

Employee Relations

- Support the delivery of effective and efficient employee relations through a detailed understanding of HR Operations.
