Regional Head - Talent Acquisition - Bank (11-17 yrs)
- One of India's Largest Private Banks is looking out for Regional Head Talent Acquisition for all business verticals to be based at Chennai.
- The individual should be a MBA in HR from reputed institute with at least 11 years experience, of which substantial experience in Talent Acquisition in the BFSI sector.
- The individual would be a custodian for Talent Acquisition pertaining all business for Tamil Nadu region with a very good understanding about the Banking/ Financial services domain and understand the challenges associated with recruitment pertaining the region.
- The individual should have very good business stake holder skills coupled with strong leadership capabilities to lead TA team under him/ her.
- The incumbent should have managed large number of recruitment, managed delivery in high pressure environment.
- The individual would be reporting to the VP - Talent Acquisition based at the headquarter in Mumbai.
