Role- Regional Head-Strategic Alliance and Partnership

Location- Mumbai

Company- Hiring for a leading Bank

Job Purpose:

Heading a Team for strategic Partnership and alliances with Banks, NBFCs, MFI and Financial Institutions for their Portfolio Buyouts- Direct Assignments.

Responsibilities:

- Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure end to end management of the Direct Assignment portfolio

- Sourcing and reviewing transactions for portfolio buyout/direct assignment

- Due Diligence including financial analysis and submission of proposal basis the laid down guidelines

- Execution of the transaction by liaising with internal stakeholders (Risk, Legal, Compliance, OPS)

- Portfolio Performance Management

- Adherence to regulatory guidelines and timely completion of covenants related to the transactions

- Resolution of internal and statutory audit queries.

- Managing the end to end transaction including payouts and ongoing Due diligence

- Key stakeholder in driving the system capabilities required
