Head - Regional Operations (Retail/QSR industry only)

Job Overview: As the Head of Store Operations, you will be responsible for leading the largest region of national beauty retail store. You will be leading a team of area and zonal heads, who currently manage over 50 outlets. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth, adhering to SOPs and ensuring exceptional customer experience across all stores within the region.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.

- Lead and manage a team of area and zonal heads, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure their success.

- Develop and implement operational processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity across all stores in the region.

- Monitor and analyze key input performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to develop promotional campaigns and product launches that drive traffic and sales.

- Ensure that all stores within the region deliver exceptional customer experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, and company policies and procedures.

- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to the senior management team.

- Work with the central HR team in hiring and building teams for new stores.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

- At least 10 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large teams.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

- Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience.

- Willing to travel frequently within the region.
