Regional Head - SME Working Capital
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development :- Develop and execute strategies to grow the SME Working Capital portfolio in the region.
- Identify and acquire new SME clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives to enhance revenue generation.
Portfolio Management:- Oversee the SME Working Capital portfolio to ensure a healthy balance between growth and credit quality.
- Monitor client accounts and manage risk exposure within acceptable limits.
- Ensure timely reviews and renewals of credit facilities.
Leadership and Team Management:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers and credit professionals.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations for the team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, customer focus, and continuous learning
Stakeholder Engagement:- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and product management to deliver seamless services.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including industry associations and government agencies, for business development.
- Represent CSB Bank at regional forums and events to enhance the brand's visibility.
Credit Risk Management:- Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with SME Working Capital proposals.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews to identify potential stress and take proactive measures.
Market Analysis and Strategy:- Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the SME segment.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for product enhancements and strategy adjustments.

- Minimum 10-16 years of experience in SME banking, with significant exposure to working capital products.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving business targets and managing high-performing teams.
