1.Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the regional strategy in alignment with overall private banking goals.
- Identify growth opportunities, such as market expansion or new product offerings.
- Set financial targets (AUM growth, revenue, profitability) and monitor performance.
2. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage private banking teams to achieve sales, service, and compliance targets.
3. Client Relationship Oversight: Ensure delivery of high-quality, personalized services to high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
4. Risk & Compliance: Uphold regulatory standards, manage risk, and ensure full compliance with KYC/AML policies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments (product, legal, compliance) and represent the region in senior leadership forums.
5. Business Development: Identify market opportunities, drive client acquisition and retention, and build strong industry relationships.
6. Performance Monitoring: Track regional KPIs, financial performance, and client satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
