Regional Head - Sales - Recruitment Vertical (8-15 yrs)
Regional Head - Sales
- To develop a business plan and sales strategy across regions
- To initiate and coordinate development of action plans
- To handle multiple clients & managing relationships
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability across industries within specified region.
- Manages and develops Sales & Account Managers within the specified region
- Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Closed sales has to handed over to operations team
- Account Management- handling various clients & managing relationships
- Handling client escalations & resolving it within TAT
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are implemented.
- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Monthly Targets has to be achieved.
- Wide Market coverage.
- Cracking competition.
- Accurate sales forecasting
- Conducting persuasive, effective presentations and demonstration of Adecco services to decision makers (Head-HR/Finance/Operations) of corporate clients.
Travel Requirement Regular (20-50%)
