Regional Head - Sales - Real Estate/Hospitality/Retail - South (10-16 yrs)

We are looking for Regional Head - South
Responsibilities:
- Works with business heads to influence the creation and communication of company strategy, business priorities and targets for the Regional Teams and ensures there are system/processes in place.
- Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress. Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Develops plans to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
- Driving the business to increase profits. Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
- Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation
- Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
- Supervising staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
