Regional Head - Sales - Paint Industry (12-15 yrs)
Regional Manager ( Sales ) - A Leading Paint Industry
Responsibilities :
- Achievement of MS gain and profitability objectives set for division sales of 200+ Crs.
- Managing the business in the division through a team of 30- 40 people.
- Training and development of sales and administration teams and to develop successors for self and ASM.
- Monitor, evaluate & provide feedback on the performance of ASMs.
- Implement a channel incentive scheme and ensure control measures and cost controls.
- Channel management and expansion as per need of the business.
- Implement marketing plan and promotion, pricing, product mix & distribution policies of the company in the division.
- Gather information on competitors- activities in the region and act upon it for Cos benefit.
- Ensure outstanding overdue as per norms.
- Control entire accounting and all audit related queries.
- Coordinate with marketing for new product introduction, pricing and promotions and quality.
- To drive & implement strategic initiatives from time to time, within Division
- To enhance the productivity of the team.
- To increase the overall reach in all teams
Candidate Requirement :-
- MBA with minimum 12- 15 yrs strong working experience in any northern states
- Able to manage large team .
- Current value business handled should be 100 + crs
- High on strategies and no crunching
