Regional Head - Sales - Mortgages

Job Description

As the Regional Head Sales - Mortgages, you will be reporting to the Business Head of Retail Assets and will be responsible for:

- Heading the Mortgages business for the particular region

- Ensuring stability of income from existing set of clients and explore avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients

- Adding value to the client and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals in working home loans, loan against properties, etc

- Managing the business teams to engage with the customers by providing market lending solutions and services

- Strategizing for the business together with the senior team including the regional / national heads for Retail Banking

- Liaise with various delivery channels and operational areas to ensure quality services to consumer banking clients

Salary offered: 16-19 LPA
