Company: India's leading Marketing Technology Company that offers solutions for enterprises that  redefine Digital Marketing & Enterprise Communication.  Designation / Role: Regional Head - Sales (South & West)  Experience range: 12-18 years  Reporting to: Chief Sales Officer  Revenue Management: INR 200 crores (minimum experience of handling a revenue of INR 80-100 crores)  Job location: Mumbai  Key Responsibilities / Desirables:  - The Regional Sales Head will lead sales, sales operations, strategy, and business development activities of the company's enterprise business while managing a sales force of 70+ sales professionals spread across South & West India geographies  - A ground-breaking leader with strategic, creative and financial acumen as well as a strong business intellect to take our organization to the next level  - Regional Sales Head will lead new business development (South and West India), and sales and account management activities of Netcore product /service line offerings  - Develop strategies, policies, and plans that enable/accomplish growth goals and objectives   - Responsible for defining and establishing targets for growth within Sales teams  - Assign sales force targets and ensure the revenue objectives are optimally allocated  - Prospect, pitch and close complex key deals with business prospects  - Define and optimize sales processes which support growth and profitability  - Effectively identify and pursue business development opportunities  - Develop sound client relationships, serve as a trusted advisor, and interface with executive level clients  - Accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales organization effectiveness  - Provide leadership and direction to Sales team to excel as both individuals and groups  - Should also have a strong industry network viz. in the CIO/CXO community  - Strong combination of sales, business acumen, marketing, and strategy skills  - Proven track record of initiating and successfully selling products/services to the target customer base (BFSI, FMCG, Retail, Media and other verticals)  - Aptitude for technology and able to connect technical concepts and solutions with customer value   - Strong managerial and team leadership skills  - Desirable traits: Eye for detail, ability to work under demanding timelines, analytical thinking, entrepreneurial and ability to persuade & influence
