Regional Head

An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has :

- 5 to 7 years of the demonstrated sales experience in a reputed FMCG Company

- Preferably handled General Trade distribution

- Ability to hire, motivate and manage teams

- Aptitude to solve customer issues

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong drive to meet targets

- Strong data based decision making skills
