Regional Head (Fixed Income Sales) Location: Mumbai - Debt Sales: Selling of G-Secs, SDLs, State Guaranteed Bonds and Corporate Bonds in secondary market and their primary issues as well. - Client Dealing: Dealing with Retirement Benefit Trusts including exempted PF Trusts, Corporate Treasuries, Insurance Companies, Co-Operative Banks and Regional Rural Banks. - Structuring Deals: Structuring various deals in a customized way as per the client's requirement and risk return expectation. - Business Development: Acquiring new clients and generating business. - Relationship Management: Regular client visits and client interaction including outstation visits, with an emphasis on maintaining and building long term relationship with clients. - Negotiation: Negotiating with counterparties on price of securities, quantum of investment and closure of deals. - Bond Valuation: Preparing the cash flow for calculating yield and present value of bonds. - Investment Advisory: Providing investment solutions on regular basis to retirement benefit trusts. - Financial Analysis: Doing financial analysis of the company, whose bonds are to be placed in primary or secondary market. - Security Analysis: Analyzing securities based on client's requirements and market scenario and providing rationale for their investment. - Policy Watch: Keeping constant track of various policy announcements and key decisions taken by the Government, RBI, SEBI and EPFO and in turn disseminating these information to the clients.
