Lead & manage the entire sales vertical of the region
- Own complete P&L of the region and formulate a data-driven strategy for growth of the business-
- Design the sales strategy, set business goals & drive execution to achieve these goals-
- Work closely with cross-functional vertical leaders in the formulation and execution of sales strategy, identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions
- Ideating, designing and executing regional strategies and maintaining relationships with the stakeholders
- Lead, advice and support the regional business development team aligning them with the organization's vision
Desired Profile :
- MBA with 10-12 years of experience in B2B, Corporate, Institutional
- Out of the box thinking and experimentation mindset with a proven record of overachieving the targets
- Track record of having managed large sales/BD teams as city/state head-
- P&L ownership with excellent leadership & team management skills
- Ability to drive initiatives in a constantly changing work environment and adopt a do-what-it-takes
