Regional Head - Sales & Distribution - FMCG/Telecom/Startup (10-15 yrs)
This is an excellent opportunity to have a go at a leadership role and handle big teams with end-to-end responsibility of team. Role would require one to be up for extensive travel across the region and be very hands on in the market to be a role model for team.
Role reports to Country head.
- Supervise, co-ordinate and lead all the zonal heads/ city heads who in turn manage their own P&L
- Operational responsibilities of sales and distribution i.e. sales, logistics, warehouse operations, depot management in sync with state and city level teams
- To engage and handle all the key stakeholders in the region across the regulatory spectrum, internal stakeholders, promoters, and competition
- Responsible for the annual budget and financial performance across units and ownership of the P&L of the region
- Responsible for technology implementation and creating seamless information flow across the organization the responsibility of reporting across all metrics to the board of the company
- Responsible for planning, projection and implementation of agreed plans end to end
- Seeking Folks from FMCG/Telecom/Pharma/Paints/Consumer durables/Start-ups with experience in leading regions and/or P&L management.
