- Achieve sales targets through channel partners in the assigned region.
- Increase market share for the assigned region.
- Manage business by monitoring each dealership in terms of viability and profitability.
- Strategic direction for driving the market shares in the division.
- Initiate marketing programs/ BTL activities from time to time for the assigned region. Pilot, correct & scale-up.
- Update market developments periodically to facilitate proactive steps to combat competition.
- Manage funds flow to the dealerships. Ensure optimization of working capital.
- Ensure horizontal deployment of best practices.
- Identify the network gaps & identify prospective dealers.
- Stock planning & correction.
- Ensure adequacy of manpower at channel partners.
