Regional Head - Sales - Automobile (12-17 yrs)

We have an urgent opening with a leading Automobile (2 wheeler) company.

Reporting to : Zonal Head - Sales

- NOTE: Candidates should have handled at least any of these 2-3 states: Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, J&K, Himachal

Key Job Areas/Responsibilities:

1. Review and integrate sales and market share data, foresees long term strategic implications and undertakes actions to mitigate possible risks.

2. Apply leading best practices in sales review and monitoring processes to establish consistent metrics, quality systems and drive effective sales reviews across geographies.

3. Exhibits expertise in tracking new developments in sales prospecting and closure, through high level data analysis and interpretation at a regional level and cascading new initiatives to continually refine overall sales execution strategy and react to competitor moves.

4. Applies leading practices in network analysis to provide a progressive policy framework for channel rationalization. Demonstrates expert understanding of varied regional practices, different geographies & their market potential and channel capabilities to devise channel strategies and select best geographical segments for creating new channels partnerships.

5. Demonstrate expert capability in developing sustainable partnerships with dealerships by envisioning & deploying robust systems and processes to achieve alignment with the organization's objectives.

6. Exhibits expertise in assessing the impact of dealer selection methods and providing an effective framework for speedy implementation and more effective selection of channel partners in alignment with channel expansion strategies.

7. Exhibits expertise in framing value adding channel engagement initiatives and building trusted relationships to conduct business smoothly.

8. Demonstrates expertise in establishing desired culture and principles of engagement between internal team and channel partners and align them to overall the Organization strategy.

9. Applies expert knowledge of new developments in service industry, customer service requirements, market drivers to devise region wide service goals and objectives, and strategies that strengthen service network and enhance customer reach.

10. Exhibits expertise in analyzing global, industry - wide best practices in service and creates new systems that enables service partners to deliver first time right service; Demonstrates expert capability in developing service team and motivating them to deliver overall service business profitability & maintain service excellence standards.

11. Exhibits expertise in framing new policies for service, conceptualizes new and innovative programs and initiatives to provide an exceptional service experience and build customer loyalty towards the Organization's after - sales services.

12. Possesses knowledge of marketing concepts, understands the organization's marketing strategies and applies relevant knowledge area to create demand and enhance market reach in own region/zone.

13. Applies advanced understanding of financial, accounting and taxation concepts to train and improve effectiveness of the sales team in the field.

14. Demonstrates advanced ability to network and leverage on relationships to influence funding institutions for getting funds for negative territories and institutionalize new tie ups with FI's to mitigate risks and optimize retail spread.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Qualification:

- Graduate in any stream. MBA in Sales/Marketing will be highly preferable


Experience:

- 12 - 17 years

Language Proficiency:

- English

- Hindi/Regional language
